Feature description
In Ovia Health’s provider directory, Ovia App Family users can search and add/remove healthcare providers to their Ovia app account from a directory of health care providers specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and pediatrics. The objective of this new feature is to improve users’ access to higher quality, lower cost care, so they can choose the best provider for them.

Increase value of Ovia Health fertility, maternity and family solution by improving Ovia Health users’ access to higher quality, lower cost care, so that they can choose the best provider for them
Increase the % of active Ovia Pregnancy users who’ve added their provider from 5% to 20% in 6 months post release

A woman wants to add her provider to Ovia Pregnancy and have all of her healthcare information in one place, so she can be organized and connected

Back to the drawing board
Based on feedback from my team, and due to the sheer size and complexity of the project, I went back to the drawing board and reassessed the provider directory designs. To make them easier to build for the engineering team, I split the project up into 5 phases - each would function as a stand alone product, but every additional phase would introduce further complexities and enhancements. I created the following charts to help communicate the strategy to the team.
